Deps is a factory where eggs are brought to the company and moved out as egg powder. Due to rising costs in transport and the growing demand in egg powder, Deps decided to build its own egg powder company and produce its own egg powder there.
Deps is a specialised egg powder producer. The process of changing eggs into egg powder is an automated process at our egg powder company. The eggs are being provided by Wulro B.V., the parent company of Deps. The eggs are washed and cracked open in a machine. After this, they will are seperated in different options: egg whites, egg yolks or whole eggs. Next up is the pasteurisation and cooling down of the eggs. This is done to destroy any bacteria that are present in the liquid eggs. Afterwards, the eggs are ready to be transformed into powder. This process can be done in two ways. At Deps the process is done by spray-drying a thin layer of liquid egg so that the layer can dehydrate and transform into powder.
Besides the drying process, Deps has an international view on the egg powder market. Therefore, Deps can be called an egg powder producer which supplies its product to the whole world. If the quantity of the egg powders is high enough, Deps will transport the powdered eggs to your company no the matter the location.
